- Personalised Items
Personalised items are custom-made to your specifications, and thus, they are exempt from the right to cancel after the initial 24-hour period. We cannot accept returns or refunds for personalised items unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty personalised item, contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please be aware that the cost of returning a non-personalised item, unless it is faulty, is your responsibility.
We will process your return upon receipt and inspection of the item. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
